Our CSR strategy supports and complements overall company development strategy and includes relevant CSR indicators. An employee handbook is available and will be updated to reflect our new brand identity and electronic format.

We ensure transparency regarding tax compliance and ownership as the foundation of social responsibility. External audits are carried out on time. The company operates under an updated Code of Ethics (to be aligned with brand identity and digitalized).

In 2020–2021, the entire administrative building was renovated with large, bright, air-conditioned and ventilated offices, a modern kitchen, and a dining room. Each office worker has two screens. No bins in offices – recycling stations are available in hallways.

ISO 50001-certified energy efficiency measures are implemented and monitored across consumption units.

In-house biomass, a byproduct of our wood program, provides 100% thermal self-sufficiency. Excess heat from compressor stations is reused. The company has smart lighting, and 25–30% of electricity is generated by our own solar power plant.

Heating is powered by biomass and excess compressor heat. Employees are instructed to ventilate naturally instead of using air conditioning where possible.

When appropriate, travel is replaced by video conferencing or company vehicles instead of flights.

Filtered tap water is always available. Personalized water bottles are provided to all employees.

Paper use is minimized. Payslips are electronic, offices use multiple monitors, and data entry in production is done directly via terminals. The digitalization project is ongoing.

Target management is in place for 25% of employees, whose bonuses are partly linked to EBITDA. All others are entitled to a Christmas bonus.
