01Product development for customers as a system supplier

Focus on the development of products tailored to specific customer needs. Cooperation in all stages from concept to serial production ensures that the products meet requirements and are optimized for each market. Includes development of components or assemblies from various materials. Tools used: CATIA and Siemens NX.

02CAE simulations

CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) simulations are key in development, allowing virtual testing of components and systems, reducing the need for physical prototypes and shortening development time and costs. Tool used: ABAQUS.

03Development of specialized technologies and dedicated devices/tools

Quality and productivity are ensured through in-house development of specialized production cells, advanced technologies, fixtures, control gauges, and assembly cells.

04Testing and validation (DVP)

To ensure product compliance, DVP tests are conducted based on customer requirements: functional, safety (crash), environmental, and chemical. We cooperate with several accredited laboratories.
