We are committed to social responsibility, which we implement through three key areas: Environment, Society, and Governance (ESG).

Care for the Environment

We actively care for environmental protection by separating waste, monitoring emissions, and using water efficiently. We are members of the Green Network of Slovenia, self-sufficient in heating with biomass, and have our own solar power plant. We use energy-efficient solutions such as charging stations for electric vehicles and smart lighting.

Care for Society

We emphasize the health and well-being of our employees by providing healthy meals, vaccinations, subsidizing physiotherapy services, ski and swimming passes, and various workshops. We support work-life balance with the possibility of working from home, flexible working conditions, and social events. We are also connected with the local community by sponsoring sports clubs and collaborating with local organizations.

Care for Socially Responsible Governance

In managing the company, we adhere to ethical principles with a code of ethics, an anti-corruption policy, and whistleblower protection. We support digitalization and the reduction of paper consumption and focus on reducing our carbon footprint, which contributes to sustainable business operations.
