we care about us, about you, about the present and future generations, about the environment, and we want to act as sustainably as possible in all areas. That is why we have upgraded our 2021 Family Friendly Company certificate to the Socially Responsible Employer certificate, based on the guidelines of the international social responsibility standard ISO 26000.
The Socially Responsible Employer certification is a commitment that our actions and decisions will continue to be in line with the principles of social responsibility and sustainable development. We are committed to action and improvement in the following areas: organisational governance, work-life balance, intergenerational cooperation, and health and safety at work.
We have adopted 9 actions in each area, some of which we are already implementing, others we will implement this year and then add new ones each year.
